Delivery Information

We use Australia Post for all our Australian domestic and International deliveries. Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Please note the number will not be traceable for at least 4 hours.

Need it faster? We offer express post Australia wide with Australia Post to all postal addresses in Australia. The express delivery charge is dependent on the total weight of you order and the price will appear at checkout once you enter your shipping address details.

Standard Delivery Time Frames within Australia

** Orders exceeding 3kg when packed will be sent via Standard Post. If your order is over $50 and weighs more than 3kg, we will refund any Express Post charges you have paid. If your order is under $50 and weighs more than 3kg, we will refund the difference between the Express Post charges paid and Standard Post charges payable for all orders below $50.

Due to Australia Post regulations, orders containing nail polish or nail polish remover (excluding water based removers) must be sent by road transport and cannot be sent by Express Post. If you have paid for Express Post for these items, they will be sent via Regular Post and the difference between express shipping costs and regular shipping costs will be refunded.

Please note, however, that next business day delivery is NOT guaranteed with Express Post eParcel service. We will send your parcel express but cannot refund your postage costs if Australia Post does not deliver the next business day.

If there is one at the location at the time of delivery, a delivery notification will be left and either the parcel can be collected from your nearest post office or the courier can be called to arrange a suitable re-delivery time.

Deliveries to the Cocos (keeling) Islands – postcode 6799, may take up to 2 months to deliver via Australia Post.
